John W. Beckman is a lifelong resident of Chautauqua County. He received his B.S. from Syracuse University and J. D. from University of Buffalo Law School. In addition to serving on a number of area and state boards "Jack" was elected to the New York State Assembly where he was most active in environmental and job creation legislation. He was also chairman of the legislative committee which brought the 1980 Winter Olympics to Lake Placid, NY. Attorney Beckman's legal career has included a broad range of legal disciplines from real estate, estate practice and municipal law to banking and oil and gas law. Joel H. Seachrist received a B.A in History from the University of Rochester in 1996, and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 1999, where he served as Articles Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. Joel handles a wide variety of legal matters, but his primary clients are the four towns and fire districts he represents in Chautauqua County. Joel is a past president of the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club and a member of the board of the Westfield Memorial Hospital Foundation.
